This week on the podcast I speak with Molly Forbes, founder and director of the social enterprise Body Happy Org, and author of the book Body Happy Kids - How to Help Children and Teens Love the Skin they’re in.

Molly challenges the social context of weight stigma and offers ways for parents and teachers to navigate the dangers of poor body image on children’s health. She approaches this in such a warm, compassionate way offering support rather than shaming the very common ways we experience and speak about food and our bodies. I hope you love this conversation as much as I did!
