A year-long journey finding your way back to yourself, your life and your relationships.

❤️ You have a pretty good life, a good (if intense) work life, you’ve met and exceeded all sorts of life goals that you set for yourself, (or that society set for you).

❤️ You love your partner and kids, of course, but sometimes you can’t help but wonder if this is all there is!? Like is this IT? Is this the best I can hope?

❤️ You have this nagging feeling that you might need to widen your focus, to play more, to invite more magic into your life, and definitely love more.

❤️ You are longing to be all the way alive.

The only thing is, you have no idea where you’d start to figure this out. How do you shake things up in a way that’s both nurturing and safe?

What if you’re asking for too much? Maybe you just need to be more grateful for the life you have? I mean gratitude is so important, but it’s not something you should use to limit yourself either.

Working on yourself is not about your worth, you’ve always been enough.

With my 13 years working as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and relationship coach I have witnessed the transformative power of being held in a safe and contained space – a relationship that is both reflective and active.

You’ve probably done a lot of personal development work already, so you know the power of this type of space too. You know what traumas are yours, how they show up for you and how they might still limit you.

In this space we’ll go deeper, into every part of your life to look at what you can shed, what needs updating, what needs challenging, and integrating. Sometimes this will be light and playful, sometimes it will involve experimenting – re-imagining what it is you want your life to look and feel like.

It might be challenging and uncomfortable at times, but it will also be enlivening and energising.

This process will be uniquely yours – a container, a sounding board, a fresh perspective, a resource and guide for trying things a slightly different way in your relationships, in your work, in your play.

This is a turning point in your story, and in your relationships. It is a decision and a commitment to live in a way that is connected and engaged, creating a new map for your life.

How will it work?

We’ll meet weekly throughout our time together. During the first three months we’ll look at what your goals and hopes are for our time together. This period will also be a time to get to know each other, for me to hear about your story, who you are who, what you’ve tried along the way, what’s worked and what hasn’t. This will also help me to tailor our time together to suit your specific needs.


I’ll be led by you, but with a map of your story to guide us to learning, questioning or challenging stories or self-doubt that crops up for you. We will focus on the ways in which your previous experiences of feelings of safety might show up in your current relationships, in your work, in your creativity, and in your play (or lack thereof).


I work in a gentle, open and curious way – there is no right or wrong way for you to be, only being in a way that feels safe and containing so that you are able to experience more freedom and expansiveness in the rest of your life.


At the 11th-month mark, we’ll meet in person (distance allowing) for a celebration and an adventure to close off our time together. This will most likely happen in London, but we can discuss what might work for both of us.

  • Free access to any/all of my courses and workshops, as well as any I create during the period of our work together.

  • Celebration in-person day in London in the 11th months of our work together. (We will plan this together).
