 Relationships can be messy, ever changing, and sometimes really really hard to be in.

And when you’re in that place, it makes it difficult to see a way through it. 

In this 3 month series, I’ll support you to navigate all aspects of your relationships – to find small ways to meet each other in this so that you can live as separate people in a connected place, where you make choices about what you want your relationship to look like.

Maybe you have a sense that things between you and your partner aren’t quite what you think they could be, but neither of you are sure where to start addressing this.

I will help you to unpick this and if there are changes to be made, to facilitate this in a gentle and non-judgemental way.

Life is busy! You’re already doing all you can to keep up with all the demands of work, home and kids…so it makes perfect sense that you and start to drift apart from each other.

This can look like…

  • Feeling like you’re passing ships in the night

  • Going through the motions but not having enough time to slow down and be together

  • Feeling ratty and irritable with each other a lot of the time

  • Feeling like your partner DOES NOT GET just how much you’re juggling

  • Feeling like you having to ask for support makes you feel even more alone

  • Wondering how on earth people do this…seriously, HOW!?

  • Disagreeing on parenting

  • Your sex life is not what it used to be

  • Missing how you used to laugh together

  • Mostly you’re talking about kid stuff, logistics and running your busy lives

  • Sometimes you find yourself dreaming about moving to the south of France and just opting all the way out

  • Small arguments that happen on repeat, and sometimes move into bigger ones, and often aren’t resolved

  • On bad days wondering whether you’re just not compatible anymore

These are all common challenges I help my clients with.

I will help you to untangle how you got here, and give you simple tools to reconnect with each other.

  • How to move through conflict so that you’re seen and heard, AND give you better tools for next time

  • How to deal with differences in parenting styles

  • How to make your needs clear to each other

  • I’ll give you recommendations for the types of connection you are craving

  • I’ll show you how to make sure you’re supported by your communities so you’re not doing all of this alone.

  • I’ll show you that your relationship can shift in huge ways, with tiny daily adjustments.

This is courageous work and I’m so honoured to get to do this with you.

During our work together, we’ll meet via Zoom, once a week for the first month, and then fortnightly for the remaining two months. You’ll have access to me via Voxer (messaging app) or via email.

I’ll give you gentle discussion and journalling/thinking prompts throughout our time together and you’ll also have free access to my Ordinary Love course when we begin working together.
